UK Delivery Service Cost

Standard UK Delivery (2-5 days)

Standard Delivery

We offer standard delivery across the UK. Delivery is FREE for orders with a goods value of over £50. For orders with a goods value of less than £50 we charge a flat fee of £4.95.

Standard Delivery means that our aim is that for all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) we will despatch on the same day with your order delivered within the next 2 to 5 working days. (Please note this is subject to external factors such as severe weather). 

Please note that when your order is despatched our couriers, Royal Mail, will contact you with tracking details to enable you to follow your parcels journey. This is a tracked service. Please monitor your parcel's progress via the tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery. If there is nobody at the nominated delivery address please note Royal Mail may deliver to a neighbour or to a safe place, if neither of these is possible they may take your parcel to the nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office. If your parcel is left in a safe place then we can take no liability in respect of that parcel if it goes missing or is damaged. If you request delivery to office or business premises or an apartment block then delivery to the reception, a delivery point for that premises or the concierge will be deemed valid.

Note also that this is a non-signed for service, if you wish to have a signed for service or you do not wish for your parcel to to be delivered to a neighbour or a safe place then please choose Express Delivery.

If your parcel is taken to the Delivery Office then you must collect the parcel from the depot or make contact with the depot to re-arrange delivery. Parcels undeliverable or left uncollected will be automatically returned to us after a few days. 

If goods are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address, refusal by the customer to accept, nobody home or because of failure to contact the courier or collect from the local Delivery Office, once goods are received back we will refund the value of the goods less any costs charged to us by the courier for the return journey. If you require the goods to be re-despatched there will be a further delivery charge for this.

We do not despatch on Bank Holidays or weekend - orders placed on those days will be processed on the next working day. 

Express Delivery

We offer Express Delivery within mainland UK (see below for further detail on areas classed as non-mainland UK). Delivery is £7.95 for all orders within mainland UK.

Express delivery means that our aim is that for all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will despatch on the same day with delivery the next working day.  Please note however that next working day delivery is not guaranteed, it may vary at busy times of year or in the case of external factors such as severe weather. For orders received after 2pm, over the weekend and on Bank Holidays we will despatch on the next working day.  

Please note that when your parcel is despatched our couriers, DPD, will contact you with tracking details to enable you to track your parcel. You will also receive inflight options which include delivery to a DPD Pickup shop or changing the delivery date. Please monitor your parcel's progress via the tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery. This is a full tracked and signed for service, if you request that the parcel is left without a signature in a safe place then we can take no liability in respect of that parcel if it goes missing or is damaged. If DPD are unable to deliver to the requested address then they will take your parcel to the nearest DPD Pickup shop and leave a card or message you to update you.

If a parcel is taken to a DPD Pickup Shop  it will normally be held there for 7 days after which, if uncollected, it will automatically be returned to us. Please note that certain Pickup shops will only take parcels smaller than specified dimensions especially at busy times of year. If your parcel is refused on this basis we cannot be held responsible however if you need to know parcel dimensions before you select a Pickup shop then please contact us.

If an order is submitted to us with an incorrect or incomplete address and DPD are unable to deliver we cannot be held liable for subsequent delays in delivery. 

If you have a query regarding delivery please contact us as soon as possible. In the case of a lost or non delivered parcel it is vital you contact us within 14 days of despatch. If tracking shows the parcel to have been correctly delivered and you have not notified us of any query within 14 days of despatch then unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility. 

If goods are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address, refusal by the customer or because of customer failure to contact the courier or failure to collect from the Pickup Shop, once goods are received back by us we will refund the value of the goods less any costs charged to us by the couriers for returning the goods. Normally the cost of the DPD return service is £8. If you require the goods to be re-despatched to you then there will be a further delivery charge for this.

If an incorrect postcode or address is given to us and we are not notified of the revised address before the parcel is despatched then any costs to redirect to a new address must be covered by you, this is likely if the revised address involves the courier re-routing the parcel through a new depot.

We do not despatch on bank holidays or weekends - orders placed on those days will be processed on the next working day.

Non-Mainland UK - Next Working Day delivery is not possible for addresses that are outside mainland UK. This includes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. In addition the Scottish Highlands and some postal codes within the Scottish Lowlands are classed as non-mainland UK and delivery will be by Standard Delivery only.

Lead Time Delivery

Lead Time Delivery applies to items that are available for sale, but are not held in our warehouse and cannot be immediately despatched. 

An estimated delivery lead-time is quoted on the product page, and will also be confirmed by email shortly after an order is placed.

In most instances, lead-time items will be delivered by Royal Mail. In the instance of larger / furniture items, the delivery may be carried out by a White-Glove Courier.

Lead Time Delivery is free for orders with a goods value of over £50. For orders with a goods value of less than £50 we charge a flat fee of £4.95.

Oversized Delivery

Some of our larger furniture items require oversized delivery for which there may be a charge dependent on size and weight, where this is the case we will notify you prior to despatch. Please note that due to covid restrictions a  white glove delivery service is not currently possible, delivery will be kerbside and not within your home. 

International Delivery

Due to the rapidly changing situation around COVID-19 and the borders to Europe, we have temporarily paused shipping to Europe & Republic of Ireland.

Stock Availability

We source our products from a wide range of design houses both in the UK and internationally. The vast majority of our products are held in stock in our warehouse and as such are available for immediate despatch. We clearly mark the quantity currently held in stock on each product page. Occasionally, we will experience stock shortages of certain items whilst we await supply. In such instances, you will be contacted immediately by one of our Customer Team to inform you of the estimated delivery time.
